Board of Editors
The Board of Editors is the principal governing authority of the Encyclopedia. It is responsible for editorial policy, scholarly standards, institutional development, and strategic direction. The Board appoints editors, approves major initiatives, and safeguards the intellectual integrity of the Encyclopedia.
Executive Editors serve as subject-matter authorities and the first level of scholarly assessment. They receive and evaluate submissions, verify relevance and merit, provide expert recommendations, and determine whether entries should proceed to editorial development.
Oyindamola Abbatty is a content creator, cultural advocate, and researcher known to her huge network of followers as Yoruba Chic. She works to make culture relatable to the diaspora and the modern.
Ahmad Tijani Akanni Azeez with his Kemisiri ni Ede Yoruba teaches Chemistry principles in Yoruba as well as promote cultural values and excellence. He is a PhD candidate.
Bolanle Yusuf popularly known as Bolanle Oni Story is an award winning story-teller and culture curator dedicated to educating viewers on Yoruba heritage, traditions, and history through her program aired on DSTV, Youtube Channel, and other social media.
Apoola Temitope published Ethos, where he detailed a strategy for bringing about a culture of innovation. This will form the nucleus of the encyclopedia project. He created the first coworking brand in Nigeria and worked as an editor.
